Shipping & Handling
We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $250.00. There are certain items due to weight, size or other restrictions may require alternate carriers. Order under $250,00 pay only a #10.00 shipping and handing charge. There is an additional charge for shipments to AK, HI, and non-US locations. Illinois residents are required to pay appropriate tax. All in stock items shipped within 24 hours during the business week - delivery is within 3 business days. Hardware (i.e. printers) is shipped UPS Ground and may take up to 5 business days. Orders shipped "best" and "fastest" way via UPS, FEDEX or other carriers - Contact us by Email: HPPlotterSupplies@yahoo.com or 1-800-917-4736 if you have special shipping needs. Express delivery is available for an additional charge.

Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return your items within 15 days by contacting our Customer Service Department. We will assist you in processing your return. manufacturer restrictions & restocking fee may apply. Call our Customer Service Department for details. Credit will be issued upon receipt of goods in expected condition. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Hardware items are non-returnable.

You may charge your orders with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Our web site uses the latest in security technology to insure your confidentiality. You may also mail a check with your order.

Credit card charges are not submitted until time of shipment. HP Plotter Supplies USA does not apply any surcharge for credit card purchases.

Terms & Conditions

HP Plotter Supplies USA will determine whether defective products will be repaired, replaced or refunded during the warranty period based on the following conditions.

All equipment purchased from HP Plotter Supplies USA is in refurbished condition unless specified otherwise in writing prior to shipment.

Requesting an RMA

Customers requesting a return are to contact our customer service department within 15 days. They may then be asked to troubleshoot the problem with one of our authorized HP technicians prior to the RMA being approved. It is at our discretion to repair, replace, or refund equipment purchased from HP Plotter Supplies USA RMA’s are valid for (15) days from the date of issue.

Once a valid RMA number has been issued, the customer is to pack defective items carefully for return. Damage or loss as a result of improper packaging may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. HP Plotter Supplies USA is not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.

RMA numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of each box being returned. Please include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice inside the box. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in the return of equipment to JADI. Any unauthorized shipping charges billed to JADI will be reversed through the carrier or billed back to the customer with an additional 10% processing fee.

Defective Return Items

RMA numbers for defective equipment returns are valid for (15) days from the issue date. Items received later than 15 days will be considered “unauthorized returns” and may result in a restock fee of up to 40% or be returned to the customer at their expense. All items purchased on a credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee upon return. This is in addition to any other restock fees that may apply.

Good Part Returns

The customer must contact JADI for an RMA number within (10) days from original equipment receipt for good part returns. RMA numbers for good part returns are valid for (15) days from the issue date. Items received later than (15) days will be considered “unauthorized returns” and may result in a restock fee of up to 40% or be returned to the customer at their expense. Custom configuration / special orders are not eligible for good part returns. Shipping charges on good part returns are non-refundable.

Shortages or Discrepancies

JADI must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of shipment of any shortages or discrepancies

Cancellations

Cancelled orders for in-stock items may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Once a hard copy Purchase Order or written purchase agreement has been received for a custom configuration or special order, that order is final and non-cancelable.

Unauthorized Returns

Unauthorized Returns may result in a restock fee of up to 40%, or may be returned to the customer at their expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return freight charges. Any returned items shipped Collect or COD will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense and the RMA will be considered void.

Missing RMA Numbers

No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. Items received without a valid RMA number are considered “unauthorized returns” and may result in restocking fee of up to 40% or be returned to the customer at their expense.

Freight Claims

Items returned to JADI whose warranties have expired will be returned to the customer at their expense.
